Hi Bill,

The State collects the data annually from the schools in your district
through the teacher certification system and submits the data to NCES.
I verified the counts in the State's 04-05 teacher certification
database, the numbers did add up to 51 administrators and 74 guidance
councilors across schools in your district.

I am a member of the Chariho School Board and was given your contact

lists Chariho as having 51 administrators and 74 guidance councilors.
The school's administration says they have 24 administrators and "even
fewer" councilors. Can you help me determine why there is such a
discrepancy.
